New Patient Appointments

If you're visiting us for the first time, we typically schedule a longer appointment to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation, health history review, and discussion of your goals and concerns. We ask new patients to arrive about 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.

Established Patient Appointments

Regular checkup and cleaning appointments are typically 1 to 1.5 hours. If you need more extensive treatment, we may schedule a longer appointment or multiple appointments.

Appointment Confirmations

We send appointment confirmations via email or text message (your preference). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that life happens—we'll do our best to accommodate schedule changes.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to accommodate your schedule. We also have limited Saturday availability. If your schedule is particularly challenging, let us know—we'll do our best to find a time that works for you.

Emergency Appointments

If you're experiencing a dental emergency, contact us immediately. We reserve appointment slots for emergency care and will fit you in as quickly as possible.

Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID. If you have any relevant medical records or images from other providers, please bring those as well.
